Description:
The main objective of the Procurement Department is to optimize spending and savings through three key steps:
- Inform and help internal clients to produce a written document outlining their specific requirement needs and expected results.
- Find providers able to deliver the product/service requested and negotiate the terms & conditions of the contractual relationships.
- Ensure the contract terms and conditions are properly implemented, manage potential provider conflicts and re-negotiate prices on a regular basis
Reporting to the Global Head of Purchase, your main responsibility will be to manage support-related procurement.
Specifically, your main tasks will be the following:
- Analyze corporate spending, by supplier and by product
- Participate in the implementation and the evolution of tools and associated processes: data bases contracts, ARIBA, eProcurement, SIS (data base of savings), ARIBA Sourcing ( on-line call for tender ), SharePoint and knowledge Center
- Produce reporting for the management of AXA Investment Managers and the AXA Group
What sort of profile are we looking for:
Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Procurement or Logistics
- Previous related internship experience is an advantage
- Good level of English
- Dynamic, rigorous and analytical skills
