The “Standard & Process” team is part of the Global Finance Department of the AXA IM Group. It has been created two years ago.

The main roles of the team are:

• To coordinate transversal projects/initiatives where Finance is involved in, by analyzing, harmonizing the financial flows, processes and procedures in accordance with internal controls principles.
• To establish when possible a Standard process and valuate the gaps.

Reporting to the Head of Standard & Process Departement, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Giving support to the team on a day to day basis
• Participating in the analysis of financial flows, processes and procedures in accordance with internal control principles: rebates, fee sharing, fees, flowcharts, documentation, etc.
• Participating in the implementation of new tools and processes

What sort of profile are we looking for:

Currently studying a Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance

• Previous related experience in process analysis (flowcharts/ key controls, etc.) would be a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Knowledge of Visio is a strong asset
• A good level in English is required
• Strong Organisational and communication skills
