Vendor Management & Procurement
Systems Analyst (m/f)

Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Vendor Management & Procurement team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic and unique industry.

Based in Luxembourg and reporting to the VP, Vendor Management & Procurement, you will be an important contributor to improve, coordinate and execute high quality processes based on our IT-tools such as PeopleSoft and our Web-Portal

The key responsibilities and activities of the vacant position include:

• Support coordination and enhancement of current cross-group procurement processes and manage the development of the tools accordingly
• Support end-to-end process analysis and KPI monitoring across our European procurement operations (process cycle times, defects, potential savings, …)
• Give support in research and VM database analysis
• Support vendor management activities

Selection Criteria are:

• Be a IT/Finance student before or in graduation year
• Minimum of a first experience in a IT-systems environment
• Proven experience of meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in team
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Computer literacy, experienced Excel user & Database knowledge
• Fluency in English. German and/or French is an asset
• Self-starter with ‘can-do’ mentality
• EU-15 nationality or work permit.
