Legal Research Assistant
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Conduct legal research
- Draft Memorandum outlining research
- Draft and review contracts, regulatory submissions, and other relevant documents
- Report to management in London and the United States
Qualifications :
- Must be in the last year of or have completed a Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have prior legal research and writing experience
- Knowledge of French Corporations/Financial Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision
