Reporting to the lawyer, you will be part of the team providing legal advice in different fields of real estate law including:

• commercial leases
• contracts in accordance with “Hoguet Law”
• co-ownership
• urban regulation 

This will include providing assistance to internal lawyers by:

• following up on real estate cases
• researching on legal issues
• drafting internal memos
• drafting clauses and proxys
• drafting legal letters

What sort of profile are we looking for:

Currently studying law with a real estate specialisation (ideally someone at the EFB or with a Master 2 in real estate law)

• Previous legal experience and fluency in English is an asset
