INTERNSHIP PURPOSE & MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Mission:
The mission of the Marketing & Communications Assistant will be to: Provide support to the Marketing Team based on both Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses in developing and implementing the marketing plans for the open-enrolment programmes
Assist the marketing managers based in Fontainebleau but also, on specific projects, the marketing managers based in Singapore (via video-conference/e-mail), in implementing and coordinating the following marketing activities:
- Marketing collaterals (brochures and Direct marketing pieces)
- Web (content update & development of programme content)
- Print and online advertising
- Events
- Other marketing activities
Support the team in identifying compelling marketing messages and in elaborating briefs for external agencies (international pool of copywriters, design agencies in London, English and French photographers etc.)
Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal marketing team based in Singapore, sales teams based in Fontainebleau, Communications department based in Fontainebleau) to implement and execute the marketing activities
Participate in the development of specific team projects (new programme launches or marketing process improvements etc.)
PROFILE
- Student completing his/her master degree or student completing his/her undergraduate diploma from a Top European Business School
- Specialty in marketing and communications is definitely a plus
- Excellent written & spoken English (French is not mandatory)
- Excellent computer skills are expected, mainly in MS Office; web design/HTML is useful
- Good technical knowledge of marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and analytical skills, ability to work under strong pressure
- Team player, motivated, very dynamic with a real ability to work autonomously
