Working Environment :
Based at Next Step Digital’s UK Headquarters, Lutterworth.  Leicestershire.
Next Step Digital has offices in Chennai and Coimbatore, India.
The role will be office based, however the position will require travel within the UK and to the Marketing Executive’s target countries (for example, the French speaking ME may be required to visit France and other French speaking countries).
The individual will work within the Business Development/Marketing function within Next Step Media, interfacing with the Group BD Manager,  Design Team Manager, CAD Technicians (UK and India), General Manager (Next Step Digital) and the Group MD.

Job Description :

• Next Step Digital is seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within its marketing team. 
• The role is an exciting one, involving the development of a new media business within the European marketplace, promoting media services and related software products. 
• Working with the company’s Design Team Manager and Marketing Executives, duties will include the prospect generation, phone sales and sales presentations within their designated sales area (this will most likely be a country or a group of common language countries). 
• Full support and guidance will be afforded to the individual in their new role ; however they will need to demonstrate the energy, commitment and motivation to succeed. 
• The role is challenging but enjoyable, providing significant scope for personal development and an opportunity to gain valuable experience and enhance their resume.

General objectives:

• Specific objectives for the role will be detailed in the marketing strategy for the targeted region.  However, in general terms, key objectives and outputs are as follows:
• Translation of web-site/marketing copy;
• Design of marketing literature and promotional materials for the designated target country(s) (with Designer);
• Identification and collation of marketing leads;
• Proactive phone sales;
• Attendance and delivery of sales presentations (pitches);
• Related administrative duties as required.
• Contribution to marketing strategies.

  Lutterworth is a small market town located in South Leicestershire. 
  The town has a full range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, sports and other facilities and is well blessed with a number of excellent country pubs. 
  The town is surrounded by quaint villages located in the South Leicestershire countryside, and is also within twenty minutes of Leicester City, with its full range of amenities.  Lutterworth is well served by public transport and is within easy reach of Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Hinckley, Birmingham and Nottingham.  London is one hour away by rail. 

The candidates will be based at our Lutterworth Offices :

Remunération : Training allowance:  £300 per month
Travel costs to and from work will be paid (within 15 miles);
A discretionary bonus will be paid on full and successful completion of the placement.
