Acorn is a Property Management company dealing with residential apartment rentals in London.
We have an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic Intern with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, who is looking to develop skills in Real Estate/Tourism Sector Sales.
As a relatively small company, the role is diverse and challenging, with target-driven goals. The successful candidate will benefit from a position whereby they follow through an entire sales cycle, from the production of marketing material, to then handling an initial client enquiry, to closing the sale, processing client booking, handling payment and then also being involved with in-house Sales Target reports.

Industry: Tourism/Real Estate/Sales/Business Development
Duties to include:
Working within the Sales Department (Tourism Sector), this section is ultimately responsible for renting apartments, both long term and short term, to foreign and domestic tourists and corporate clients.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with agents and direct clients is vital to the success of this department. The Intern will assist the Sales Manager in daily tasks, in order to ensure that monthly monetary targets are achieved.
Tasks include taking and processing bookings, managing payments, developing and maintaining relationships with third party agents who in turn will sell our flats, liaising with clients directly, in person, in writing and by telephone, producing marketing materials and conducting property viewings.
Skills required:
Attention to detail, good language skills including confident use of English, pro-active mind with ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
- Efficiency and ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Excellent knowledge of computers and in particular Microsoft Excel and Word are also vital.
