We will be opening an office based in Bristol, by the end of January.
We are looking for an intern to be part of an exciting challenge as we are a French company (operating for more than 20 years within the field of European Mobility and Exchange Schemes) opening a company in the UK.
The missions are :
Within the framework of exchange and internship programmes for European young people, we are looking for our Bristol based office for an intern to carry out the following missions :
- Phone and face to face reception, informing students and companies about the programmes
- Administrative support (creation of files, filing…)
- Organisation of the language course for the trainees
- Organisation of accommodation for the trainees (host family, residences…)
- Follow up of the trainees in coordination with our partners in the UK and abroad
- Helping the trainees with their formalities
- Organisation of cultural activities
- Updating companies and partners databases
- Creating city guides
- Translations
- Communication on the programmes
- Reporting
Requirement :
- The ideal candidate will be dynamic and professional, able to work as part of a team as well as in autonomy.
- He/She will have good organisation and timekeeping skills.
- He/She will have a good level of English, another language would be a plus
The candidate must have good IT skills in general and more specifically a very good command of Excel and Word.
