Reporting to the RFP Manager, your main responsibilities will be the following: - Participate in answering Request for Proposals (RFP)s and Request for Information (RFI)s, for institutional and retail sales forces across Europe,
- Liaise with all internal contributors, including sales teams, product specialists, portfolio managers, product management and financial engineering to obtain all information necessary to complete the RFPs and RFIs,
- Work with the Knowledge Management and Corporate Information content editor to ensure all information is accurate,
- Participate in developing and maintaining Investment Consultants databases.
What are we looking for? Currently undertaking last year of undergraduate degree (BS, BA, comparable) focused on economics or finance - Fluency in English
- An excellent level of written French is essential
- Self-motivation, attention to detail and an interest in producing high quality written documents
- Intellectual curiousity and a rigourous approach to work
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and other publishing tools
