As part of the Stock Management Team, you will take over the ownership of the creation of an automated analysis reporting tool for communication assets (e.g. Mobile phones, Blackberry, 3G cards). Reporting to the IT Stock Manager, your primary responsibility will be to take responsibility for the relationships with the accounting department and the external suppliers (mainly Orange) to build up the reporting tool. What sort of profile are we looking for: Currently studying related subjects at an engineering/business school In-depth knowledge of Excel and Access Previous experience with Microsoft Office Knowledge of database administration and the internet Detail-oriented, rigorous and flexible Ability to speak and write in English / French
