Western European Marketing Communication Manager - M/F

Temporary mission during maternity leave – 12 months

Based in France, you will have to work on two product portfolios (Home Care / Consumer Health Care) with a remote team based in several countries. 

Missions :

  • Create and execute coherent communication strategy across all marketing vehicles reaching Consumers aligning with business priorities
  • Develop and execute communication plans and marketing campaigns including PR, Online, Social Media, Sampling, Events…and manage advertising-merchandising budgets for the assigned portfolio

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage external agencies in the creation of unique Marketing communication materials, from briefing materials to the delivery on time of programs and campaign toolkits in local languages
  • Manage Sport Marketing activities for FUTURO™
  • Manage and allocate the marketing communication budget
  • Brief and negotiate all Media spendings
  • With the support of the Insight team, conduct pre/post campaign tests to ensure campaign is well understood and strong in all countries
  • With the support of the Insight team, design and implement practical method of measuring and reporting ROI on communication activities
  • Maintain Brand website and content (images, videos, copy) and Brand Social Media channels in coordination with the Product Category Mgrs
  • Translate marketing plans into digital plans and operationalize them with the support of the Digital powerhouse
  • Develop PR plans
  • Responsible for setting communication target (to later track them)
  • Analyze communication strategy of our main competitors
  • Manage all legal (even local) aspects of a multi country communication campaign, with support of local legal counsel as well as Digital Powerhouse legal support

Profile :

Bachelor level university/college degree in generally required

In addition, a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required (marketing communication, digital or brand)
