Your tasks :

Our 18-month trainee program will provide you with a systematic introduction to working in production; you will be able to make an active contribution right from the start.

• During a four-week assignment to production, you will learn about our company and our products.
• You will provide direct support, enjoy close cooperation with production management and develop your own personal network within an international family company.
• "Learning on the job" will provide you with a comprehensive overview of our production range and prepare you for responsible and challenging tasks.
• Both your specialist lean management capabilities and your personal skills will be enhanced.
• Your first assignment will be located in Chamboret (France)
  

Our expectations :

A good degree in engineering (focusing on mechanical engineering with specialisation in process or production engineering).

Some experience in the production field from internships (Good knowledge of plastic or rubber processing would be an advantage).
